Wastegate Options

Running an external wastegate?
If you require a flange, you’ll need to send your flange to us we do not supply wastegate flanges.

Installation 

  • No gaskets supplied  please source from your local auto parts supplier.

  • We recommend replacing engine studs when installing.
    Our flange is 16mm thick, so order longer studs of the same diameter as factory.

  • This manifold uses a T3 flange.

Frequently Asked Questions

What stud size does this manifold use?

M10 studs unless it’s a T2 setup.
CT26 turbo setups use M8 x 1.5 pitch, all others M10.

Do you supply gaskets?

No, we do not supply gaskets.
Use factory-footprint gaskets available from auto stores.

Can this manifold be used on a TB42 engine?

Yes, it will fit, but no warranty applies as it is designed for the TD42.

Do you make a twin scroll version?

No, we do not offer twin scroll turbo manifolds.

How much power can the manifold handle?

  • Low mount: up to 200hp

  • High mount: up to ~280hp

  • Merge high mount: 280hp+
