Turbo Manifold – T3 or T4 Flange

Radius Fabrications offers a custom-built turbo manifold designed to suit a variety of turbocharger setups. Whether you are upgrading, fabricating a new system, or replacing an existing manifold, our Australian-made manifolds are engineered to provide reliable fitment, strong welds, and optimal flow.

Each manifold is fully jig-built, TIG welded by our qualified fabricators, and finished with CNC-machined mounting surfaces to ensure a perfect fit against the cylinder head and turbo flange.

If you choose to add a wastegate flange, you will be required to send us your wastegate flange before production begins.
Radius does not sell wastegates or wastegate flanges — we only weld the flange you supply.

Any modification to a standard Radius Fabrications manifold (including customer-supplied wastegate additions) voids the Radius warranty.

Installation 

• Radius does not supply gaskets with manifolds

• Purchase gaskets from your local auto parts supplier

• Replace factory manifold studs with the same diameter but longer studs (to suit our 16mm flange)

• Ensure correct oil feed, drain, and turbo orientation

• Ensure sufficient clearance around dump pipes and intake routing

• Any modification to the manifold voids the warranty
  

FAQ 

What flange size should I choose?

This depends on your turbocharger.

• Most medium-frame turbos use T3

• Larger performance turbos often use T4

If unsure, check your turbo's mounting pattern.

If I add a wastegate flange, what do I need to send?

You must send:

• Your wastegate flange

We only weld the components you supply.
No flange = no welding.

Do you sell wastegates or wastegate flanges?

No, Radius Fabrications does not sell:

• Wastegates

• Wastegate flanges

• Any related hardware

We only weld customer-supplied items.

Can I modify the manifold after purchase?

You can, but any modification voids the Radius warranty.

What size are the manifold studs?

• M10

Do you supply gaskets?

No.
Gaskets must be sourced locally by the customer.

How much horsepower can the manifold support?

Depending on the style of manifold:

• Low mount: up to ~200hp

• High mount: up to ~280hp

• Merge style: 280+hp
