Installation

The Radius Fabrications PX Ranger Airbox is designed for direct replacement of the factory unit, using existing mounting points wherever possible. Minor alignment adjustments may be required between models.

Installation can be completed using basic tools, but we recommend professional fitting to ensure proper sealing and snorkel alignment.

Installation Steps:

1. Remove the factory airbox and associated ducting.

2. Position the new Radius Fabrications airbox in the same location using factory mounting holes.

3. Secure the supplied brackets and hardware.

4. Attach silicone joiners, hose clamps, and any sensors (MAF/AIT) as applicable.

5. Check all fittings for alignment and ensure all seals are tight.

6. Start the vehicle and check for air leaks or clearance issues.

Typical install time: 2–4 hours, depending on model and modifications.
