Our airboxes are precision CNC-cut from a single sheet of high-grade aluminium, TIG welded by hand, and individually inspected for quality. Designed and tested in-house by the Radius Fabrications R&D team, each unit is built to withstand harsh off-road conditions while maintaining a watertight seal to protect your engine.

This airbox fits all PX1, PX2, and PX3 Everest models, including the bi-turbo and 2021+ models (please select your engine type from the dropdown options).

Installation

Our Everest airboxes are designed for straightforward installation in the factory airbox location. While most vehicles will have a direct bolt-in fit, minor differences between PX models mean mounting brackets may pick up slightly different holes.

Installation should be carried out by a qualified fitter to ensure proper sealing and clearance, especially if pairing with a snorkel.

If installing yourself:

1. Remove the factory airbox and intake ducting.

2. Position the Radius Fabrications airbox using the provided hardware.

3. Connect the intake piping and secure with supplied clamps and silicone joiners.

4. Reinstall the lid and check all seals for watertight fitment.
   

Typical install time: 1.5–3 hours depending on model and experience level.
