Radius Fabrications has been fabricating high-performance airboxes for over 5 years, and our 80 Series LandCruiser range is what started it all. Designed specifically for enthusiasts running LS V8 conversions in their 80 Series, this custom airbox is built to maximise cold air intake while protecting your engine from dust, water, and debris.

Crafted from premium stainless and alloy materials with precision TIG welding, our airboxes are designed for both performance and durability. Paired with our popular mandrel-bent snorkels, this setup ensures your rig is ready for anything – from tackling Victorian High Country snow runoff to powering across desert trails.

Compatibility

• Suits Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series (1990–1997) fitted with an LS V8 conversion.

• Works with both short entry and Radius Fab long entry snorkels (long entry requires the Radius Off-Centre Port airbox).

• Compatible with aftermarket turbos, intercoolers, and exhaust systems – ensure airflow dynamics match your setup.

• Suitable for vehicles running 1HZ and 1HD-T engines with snorkel compatibility.

• Inlet and outlet port size: 4” (100mm) on both sides.

Installation

• Designed to fit neatly within the engine bay while allowing for dual battery and radiator setups in most cases.

• Requires no major modifications when paired with Radius Fab snorkels.

• For crankcase breather hoses, connect to your piping kit – not directly into the airbox.
  

Performance

• Raises the air intake point, drawing in cleaner, cooler air from above the vehicle.

• Prevents dust and water ingestion during off-road and river crossing conditions.

• Dyno-tested to ensure no mass airflow sensor issues or fault codes.

• Improves throttle response when used with throttle controllers.

• Provides strong airflow capacity to suit V8 conversions and aftermarket turbocharged setups.
